Acting on behalf of a Private Landlord, we negotiated a new lease at 39 Whitfield Street to Ollie Dabbous. He faced stiff competition from other competitive bids but was selected because of his expertise in the Restaurant/Bar world picking up his experience at London’s renowned Cuckoo Club.
