We were tasked to undertake a worldwide search for the very finest and most existing restaurant and bar operator for the roof top restaurant occupying floors 38, 39 and 40. The accommodation comprised of 13,500 sq ft as well as two external dinning terraces.
The partners travelled to New York to meet the very best operators and ultimately concluded a letting to Sushi Samba and Sugar Cane Grill which will open in 2012.
Additionally, the ground floor has been leased to award winning restaurant and bar operators, Drake & Morgan who trade as The Drift.
