THE BLUEBIRD
Shelley Sandzer acted for D&D London, the tenants of The Bluebird, on their rent review effective June 2009. Although an iconic site The Bluebird is difficult to operate and is located in a secondary position on The Kings Road. It was therefore inevitable that the matter was determined by an Arbitrator who agreed with Shelley Sandzer that there should be no increase on the current rent passing of £1,200,000 per annum. This rent review followed on from the successful conclusion of the rent review on Meze/Floridita in Wardour Street where, on behalf of D&D London, Shelley Sandzer agreed a nominal increase on the passing rent.
Shelley Sandzer have been involved in a number of other high profile iconic sites, they include:
• L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, 13-15 West Street
• Veeraswamy, 99-101 Regent Street
• Kettners, 29 Romilly Street
