THE DOMINION THEATRE

Shelley Sandzer completed the rent review on The Dominion Theatre on behalf of the Landlords Land Securities. As well as being presented with a dearth of comparable evidence other issues such as a 21 year rent review pattern and a considerable amount of sublet commercial and residential accommodation had to be considered. The rent review effective March 2010 was agreed by negotiation. Shelley Sandzer has also dealt with the 2010 review on the Hammersmith Apollo and the Compulsory Purchase claim on behalf of Derwent on the former Astoria Theatre. Shelley Sandzer’s involvement in this site stretched over a number of years taking in the previous rent review and subsequent 2008 lease renewal.
