Duncan Lillie Bsc FRICS is Managing Director of Shelley Sandzer Professional Services. He is responsible for rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, rating and other allied services. With over 20 years experience Duncan is recognised as one of the countries leading consultants to the UK & Licensed and Leisure property sector. His particular expertise is in the field of rent reviews and lease renewals and frequently acts as an arbitrator and independent expert. Duncan is Past Charirman and ``Founder Member of The Restaurant Property Advisors Society (RPAS) and a member of The Entertainment Leisure Forum (ELF) and the Association of Valuers of Licensed Property (AVLP). He also makes frequent appearances as a speaker on the leisure circuit. Duncan lives in Bedford with his wife and has two grown up children (or so they would like to think!). He is a qualified rugby coach, marathon runner and motoring enthusiast.

Nick is a joint managing partner of Shelley Sandzer and is responsible for heading up the Agency department, with his main focus being the Acquisition and Investment with extensive expertise in and around Central London. Nick enjoys the diverse dynamics of the leisure sector and dealing with all the different types of personalities involved. His team are very pro-active and in particular enjoy working in emerging areas and with new brands, as well as the established operators and many of the team’s deals are brokered off-market. Outside of the business, Nick likes to spend time with his family, is a keen sportsman, and visits the gym on a regular basis. Nick is also a dedicated Luton Town supporter.

Ted is a joint managing partner of Shelley Sandzer and has over 20 years experience within the industry. He is responsible for heading up the Leasing Department with extensive expertise in shopping centres, dedicated leisure centres, new developments and mixed use schemes throughout the UK. He is also able to offer specialist agency expertise as well as consultancy advice from the inception of the development including areas of design, suitability of the units for the market, tenant mix and branding. Ted maintains excellent relationships with both operators and landlords alike and is able to develop transactions either on or off market. Ted was also the former Chairman of The Restaurant Property Advisors Society. Jonny qualified with a BSC (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University. He gained experience with CB Richard Ellis and subsequently joined the Shelley Sandzer agency team. Jonny’s work focuses mainly on the Central London market dealing with the Acquisition and Disposal of A3 Property. Outside the office Jonny is passionate about sports being a keen member of the gym and plays for a Sunday League Football team. Victoria is an Associate within the professional team with over 13 years relevant property experience. Victoria undertakes rent reviews, lease renewals and resolves associated landlord and tenant disputes throughout the UK. These instructions are wide ranging from high street restaurants and bars though to shopping centre food courts and the wider leisure market of casino, bingo halls and museums. In her spare time Victoria is the owner of a 17hh Irish Sport Horse and enjoys charging around the countryside at speed. Casey joined Shelley Sandzer in 2010 with the benefit of ten years leisure property experience and has built up an enviable reputation as a highly successful acquisition expert. He has obtained an excellent understanding and knowledge of the leisure sector, his experience has allowed him to represent a wide range of operators, developers and investors. He focuses primarily on servicing national and branded restaurant operators, advising on their site requirements and group expansions. Casey applies a measured and targeted off market approach to generate transactions and this has played a significant role in numerous restaurant acquisitions and disposals. Richard Thomas MRICS joined Shelley Sandzer Professional Services in late 2011, having previously worked exclusively within the licensed and leisure sector since receiving a BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Valuation Surveying in 2001. Richard has worked predominately within the professional sector providing valuation advice to a host of major banks, as well as a number of the major national licensed operators. Outside of the office Richard is a keen runner and gym goer. Coming from Wales he is a committed rugby follower, however this normally involves watching it on TV with a pint in his hand rather than taking to the field.

Camilla is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with seven years of relevant commercial property experience as well as achieving a First Class BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Investment. She has diverse experience in commercial property having qualified with GVA and has worked extensively within the development and retail agency remits as well as specialising as a leisure agent. Her experience has included urban regeneration projects, shopping centre leasing and in town and out of town acquisition work for national A3 operators. Camilla’s current focus is shopping centre and leisure park leasing as well as advising developers both in Central London and Nationwide on specific leisure developments. Outside of the office, Camilla enjoys running, is a keen skier and enjoys going to the gym and being active. Camilla is also a keen traveller and has travelled the world and additionally worked in North Carolina, USA. She has also lived in the North, The Midlands and now London and therefore has a great understanding of emerging brands and trends both regionally and all around the world.

Henry is a qualified Chartered Surveyor having worked at Shelley Sandzer since the Autumn of 2008. Prior to this Henry obtained a BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading. Henry is based primarily in the Professional Services team, focusing on rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations. This has included involvement in a diverse range of work from leisure schemes, shopping centres, pubs and restaurants to Theatres. This work covers the length and breadth of the country from Edinburgh in the North to Poole, Dorset in the South. The remainder of his time is spent dealing with the acquisitions and disposals of pubs and restaurants within the Agency Department. Away from the office Henry is a keen sportsman particularly enjoying football (being an avid Liverpool fan), playing rugby and going to the gym.
