We are particularity proud of Officina00, Officina 00 is a Restaurant and Pasta Workshop from Elia Sebregondi and Enzo Mirto.
Located minutes from Old Street Roundabout, Officina 00 focuses on a seasonal menu of artisanal pastas, prepared before diners in a theatre kitchen. Their menu is built around regional traditional Italian recipes which they create using innovative cooking techniques.
We think this is one of the best pasta restaurants in London.
