Shelley Sandzer have successfully concluded rent reviews on a number of public houses for Barworks in London including the Three Johns in Islington, The Singer Tavern in the City and Fountain and Ink on Stamford Street. In addition we have also acted in respect of the Slaughtered Lamb on Great Sutton Street where a negotiated settlement could not be reached and was referred to an Independent Expert to determine the rent.
Recent Rent review instructions include Fountain & Ink, Stamford Street, The Singer Tavern, City Road and The Three Johns in Islington. The latter was an Arbitration.
