Shelley Sandzer have recently acted on behalf of Dishoom in the negotiation of their rent review of 22 Kingly Street, Soho.
The rent review was unusually negotiated in advance of the review date as the opportunity arose for Dishoom to take an additional 1000 sq ft of ground floor trading accommodation.

Negotiations were successfully concluded securing not only a good rental saving from the landlords quoted rent but favourable terms for a coterminous lease on the additional trading space.
