We joined Tonkotsu on their journey back in 2015 when we identified them as an exciting and ambitious brand at the early stages of growing their business, with 3 restaurants and a counter in Selfridges.
Since then our acquisitions team have helped them to secure 4 new restaurants (Notting Hill, Ealing, Stratford, Peckham) with more in the pipeline for the future.
